Designed to combat an issue seen with power connection on the Control and Expansion Hub for the FIRST Tech Challenge program. Power wires have been observed to slide out of the yellow XT30 power connectors on the Hub with little force or jostling of the robot, causing a either a momentary or extended loss of power (which appears to vary between hubs). As the issue has been observed across multiple teams, this is a relatively simple and quick to implement solution for teams to prevent this problem from occurring.
Intended to slide onto the corner of the Hub, and can be held in place with either a mounting bolt or zip-tie using the mounting hole on the Hub. Can work with either one or both power plugs on the hub populated.
Two STL files have been uploaded, one exported in inches and the other in millimeters. Support material is necessary for this print. The STL has been exported in the recommended orientation for printing.
