mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Toleranzen für die Ausschnitte der Logos je nach Druckerkalibrierung verwendeter Düse etc. manchmal zu eng sind.

Daher lade ich die Kiste nochmal mit angepassten vergrösserten Logoausnehmungen hoch.

Sixpack Bierträger zur individuellen Gestaltung  

Stützen nur unter den 4 Kistengriffen  notwendig- ich habe die Aufmalstützen vom Prusaslicer verwendet.

Druckt die Kiste/Griffe und Stopper abhängig von der Nutzung so stabil als möglich/nötig, immerhin kommen bei voller Befüllung rund 5,3kg Belastung drauf. Vor allem beim Griff+Stoppern viele Perimeter und hohes Infill verwenden.

Griffe und Stopper werden nach dem einfädeln verschraubt oder sicher verstiftet (hierfür kann zb. ein entsprechender Nagel mit einem Lötkolben eingeschmolzen werden)

Tip: druckt vorab eine Miniatur der Kiste (zum Beispiel 33%) mit dem selben Material und den Druckeinstellungen, die ihr für den Druck der vollen Größe verwenden würdet, das braucht nicht viel Zeit und Material, und ihr könnt mögliche Probleme bezüglich   
Layerhaftung, Gesamtstabilität etc.
frühzeitig erkennen und korrigieren.

I noticed that the tolerances for the logo cutouts are sometimes too tight depending on the printer calibration, nozzle used, etc.

Six-pack beer carrier for individual design

Supports only necessary under the 4 crate handles - I used the painting supports from the Prusaslicer.

Depending on the use, print the crate/handles and stoppers as stably as possible/necessary, after all, when fully filled they will have a load of around 5.3 kg. Use a lot of perimeters and high infill, especially for handles and stoppers.

Handles and stoppers are screwed or securely pinned after insert (for this purpose, for example, a short nail can be melted in with a soldering iron)

tip: pre-print a miniature of the crate (for example 33%) with the same material and print settings that you would use to print the full size, this does not take much time and material, and you can avoid possible problems regarding
Layer adhesion, overall stability etc.
detect and correct early.

abermals remixed und separat hochgeladen, damit das ganze übersichtlicher ist, und

die Augustiner Teile nicht mit den NRW Teilen verwechselt werden, da sie sich ein wenig unterscheiden:

.) die Kiste ist im Vergleich zur Augustiner Kiste (die für die Augustiner Euro Flaschen angepasst ist) - um 32mm höher, und die 6 Fächer sind um 3mm pro Seite kleiner -

Ich habe mehrere Beispiele für die Gestaltung beigefügt .

aber auch blanke Rohlinge, auf die Ihr im Prusaslicer SVG Dateien eurer favorisierten Biere ziehen und gestalten könnt. Das funktioniert sehr gut, gegebenenfalls müsst ihr eure Bilder vorher in SVG Dateien umwandeln - es gibt dafür viele Online Konverter.

Falls ihr mehr als 2 Farben in euren Logos habt müsst ihr vermutlich in einem CAD Programm die unterschiedlichen Schichthöhen für die Farbgebung bearbeiten, so hab ich es beim Puntigamer Logo gemacht - ich glaube nicht, das es im Slicer möglich ist…

Danach euer fertiges Logo mit automatischem oder manuellen Farbwechsel (M600 wird in G Code eingefügt) im Prusaslicer ausstatten, drucken und einkleben.

Für sehr Detailreiche Logos eine 0.2 oder 0.25 Düse verwenden!

Weiters habe ich je nach optischen und praktischen Vorlieben 3 verschiedene Grifflängen mit 2 unterschiedlichen Designs beigefügt.

Bitte immer die jeweiligen Markenrechte beachten, aber bei Nutzung im privaten Rahmen ohne Gewinnabsichten dürfte es hier keine Probleme geben…

the Augustiner parts are not confused with the NRW parts, as they are slightly different:

.) the crate is compared to the Augustiner crate (which is adapted for the Augustiner Euro bottles) - higher by 32mm, and the 6 compartments are smaller by 3mm per side -

I have attached examples of the design for the crate.

but also blank blanks onto which you can drag and drop SVG files of your favorite beers in Prusaslicer. This works very well, you may have to convert your images into SVG files beforehand - there are many online converters for this.

If you have more than 2 colors in your logos you will probably have to edit the different layer heights for the coloring in a CAD program, that's what I did with the Puntigamer logo - I don't think it's possible in the slicer..

Then equip your finished logo with automatic or manual color change (M600 added to G Code) in the Prusaslicer, print and glue in.

For very detailed logos use a 0.2 or 0.25 nozzle!

I have also included 3 different handle lengths in 2 different designs depending on your visual and practical preferences.

Please always observe the respective trademark rights, but there should be no problems with private use without the intention of making a profit...
