This pegboard was made from cheap 5 mm thick plywood. Distance between holes is 1 inch (25,4 mm) and holes were drilled with 6 mm bit (lots of holes 🙂).
Shape of pegs was inspired by some existing models, but in the end, they were made from scratch and optimized for this thin wooden pegboard. Pegs holds in pegboard very firmly.
You can download original Fusion360 files of all shapes and customize them.
Hooks and bars - Different shapes for your need
Hook draft - Could be printed as it is and glued to something or you can use it as a starting point to making your custom accessories.
Bar holder - Two of these are used to hold bars. Bars are simply clicked-in.
Spacer to wall - Spacer between pegboard and wall. It has big hole. Screw is going trough to the wall.
Spacer support - These are placed under pegboard to prevent it from bending and breaking when inserting pegs. Screw don't have to go trough to wall.
I recommend using PETG. It is enough durable and flexible.
