Voron V0.2 Tophat Handle

Handle for Voron V0.2, a bit different design and fits on V0 bed with shorter Y axis travel distance.

I couldn't fit the original handle model on my V0 bed, due to the shorter travel distance on the Y axis (tool head screws hitting doors).
