0.20 layer, Sunla PLA+, 4 walls, 5 top and bottom, 15% infill.
Fine brackets. Should hold up the rest of my filament stack
printed left and right with 0.2 layer, 4 walls, 20% infill and Nobufil ABSx.
Unfortunately there was warping, but the print didn't fail, so i used it anyway
Mirrored one bracket to make it same on the other side. The brackets feels sturdy and looks like they can handle some weight. Great design
Good Design. Just changed the length to the size I wanted. I made my own shelf with some wooden planks from some old furniture. It will hold weight as long as you mount it to your wall properly. I do not many tools so excuse the shelf if it does seem slightly uneven. One thing is that the screw holes may be slightly difficult to access depending on your drill shape, but my drill did not have too much of an issue so it should be fine.
If you need shelf brackets, these work well and look nice at the same time.
3 stars as the screw holes are extremely difficult to access. That said it looks great and seems fairly strong.
This is a nice looking and functional print. Like any large print that takes up the bed, make sure you have your bed properly heated and cleaned with a proper first layer calibration. There are plenty of shelf bracket models out there, but this still deserves 5 stars.
Printed in PETG at .32mm layer height with .6mm nozzle. I did apply some organic supports for the blind holes, but probably could of printed without.
Printed three of them at about 110% scale to hold up a 48" shelf. Used 15% infill and 3 walls and they seem very strong. Got myself an awesome display shelf now!
