The first layer contributes the most to having a successful print. Some problems come when you calibrate initials settings with a squish a paper, it's not enough. The visualization on the FLSUN Speeder Pad settings they do not give certainty. So I propuse get better configuration to adjust the nozzle height until the extruded plastic sticks nicely to the bed and you can see that it is being slightly squished while the v400 works.

This G-Code its ready for 0.4mm nozzle stock print PLA apply.

This will bring it closer to the level of the nozzle tip. You should make sure it is adjusted as instructed in the Preflight check in the Assembly manual.
Recommendation: Before test you clean print bed.

Steps:

1.- Send this file to print “V400 9m PLA-Delta calibration Z spin” in your FLSUN V400.

2.-In the print screen shows an option “Fine Tuning” when start the print touch this botton.

3.- Look at the spiral print and press Z- (box orange) to down the tip of the nozzle or press Z+ (box purple) to up the tip of the nozzle according to need.

The fleches (red) indicate increase/decrease being 0.01 more precise and 0.05 longer advances.

Warning: Don't crash nozzle to the bed, be careful.

This is the posible result of you test:
