HotRod Sign Kit

I had requests from a few folks for a parts kit which would allow smaller printers to print the larger sign.  Additionally some requested a redesign to allow printing a multi color sign without mid print color changes.  Here you go.

I recommend you use the 3MF files.  The orientation of the parts on the print bed should be correct.  Use a brim on the three pins.  You can print the letters in color or paint them to suit.  The letters are relieved/slotted to slip over the base.

Glue the base together using medium CA.  When the base is dry add the letters.  Align them to suit.  Make sure the mounting pilot hole is on the top and clear.  When the alignment and appearance is to your liking simply add a drop of thin CA glue to the area each letter contacts the base.
