Free spinning with pretty low friction.

Scale by 0.4% (100.4) for PLA or whatever the shrinkage of your material is.

I was able to print it at 0.15 layer height with supports only for the blade tips.

Print with 3 wall perimeters and 3 top/bottom layers, infill around 30%.
