IceScraper - F*ck Ice
Description
PDFI was in need of an icescraper but all the designs didn't fit my needs or just broke on a thicker ice layer on my windshield.
Inspired by the FrostFlex from https://www.printables.com/de/@Voxel3D I made a more bulky and massive version.
Printing on Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro.
PLA Tough - Formfutura / 10h30min
0.2mm layer hight
0.4mm brass nozzle
60% Infill with Gyroid
25% Infill Overlap
10 perimeters
6 top / 6 bottom layers
70mm/s (Infill 90/Walls 55/Top-Bottom 40)
217°C, first layer 220°C
Cooling 100%
55°C buildplate
STEP File is attached so feel free to remix it or let me know if you have any feedback or suggestions.
Came out pretty massive and stable and should be more or less indestructible.
GCode is also attached. Make sure to check if it fits for you. No guarantee from my side.
