So I wanted to make my own housing for the DIY LED Christmas tree.
This is the tree I bought: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EuyxtoD
The model has quite tight tollerances, but fits perfectly on the AliExpress PCB Christmas tree, printed on my Prusa MK4.
If the tollerances are too tight for you, just leave a comment where you need some more space and how much. I will change the model if my skills permit it.
I printed the case in PETG for a little bit more flexibility when pulling in the nuts.
Print the model in 0.20mm layerheight.
Supports are needed for the holes, I used organic supports.
With input shaping, use 30% infill for smooth surfaces.
Just pull in the M3 nuts with a longer bolt.
What you need:
Happy printing and soldering!
Merry Christmas!!
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
