Introduction

Introducing the Ergo Spatula that not only helps removing that purged and calibration filament effectively from the build plate, but also boasts a visually appealing design, belonging to the ergo line that offers a unique blend of form and function.

More Items from the Ergo Line:

This spatula, does not feature a metallic blade, so do not expect the same performance of a true scraper, if that is what you are looking for, than I suggest this one:

The smaller the nozzle diameter the sharpest the edge will be. But, if you don't have a nozzle of around 0,2mm in diameter,  it's best to use a piece of sandpaper, above 300, and sand the edge at a shallow angle (around 5 to 15º), until it's ok to you. always make a movement transversal (perpendicular) to the print layers direction when sanding.

For a small help, use this affiliate link to buy filament, it will cost you the same. Thanks !

Print instructions

Print the part on is side vertically.

If you use Orca Slicer or Bambu Studio this are nice slicer,  based on slic3r and PrusaSlicer), I've prepared a configuration with the best settings and with the best position for the seam, or simply make your own.

You can find 2 profiles, for the 0,2mm nozzle (prefereble) and for the 0.4mm for does of you who don't have the smaller nozzle.
