This is a file I got from Prusa support that makes it easy to applying grease to the coupler on the Nextruder on the XL

Description
PDFAccording to Prusa support, adding a little grease to the couplers on the XL Nextruder will help with the tool changer and also reduce the chance of layer shift and banding. The file was not made by me but by Prusa, but they don't have it in printables at the moment
