Glock Box Handle Lock. Glock Boxes don't have a way to lock and secure the box shut. Where other makers do. Most should understand if someone wanted to get into a plastic lock box they will and pistols should have an additionally chamber locked or put in a proper safe. This just adds an additional level of security if a safe isn't available, especially during transport.
There are two different versions to this design. A larger full handle lock and a mini handle lock. You can print any direction you feel is strongest for each part. You can even change colors to each half to make it unique. I've provided .3mf files as well.
Three parts to the design:
There is an additional part which is only a cap for the hinge, so that you may have a 7.5mm metal rod inserted in the middle over a plastic one. Just cut a hair less then 52mm for full lock and a hair less then 28mm for mini Lock. Something like this would do: Round Steel Rod, 7.5mm
You will need supports and my prints are in PLA, but I'm certain it'll work with other materials. ASA/ABS might just need to account for extra shrinkage, so maybe 101%.
I put a single drop of super glue gel inside the bottom of the hinge of part one for extra holding power.
This is the lock I used for my testing. But others should be ok if they measure less then 7.5mm in diameter and 16mm in length for the metal locking hook.
