Quick and dirty remix of brandonjm's version scaled up 150% to make it 1/40th scale so that it can fit the Rocket Lab Electron by AstroNot. I had to split the strongback arm into two parts and glue them together as the whole thing was larger than my printer's z-capacity.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

Ender 3 Pro

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.28

Infill:

5

Filament: Overture PLA Black

Notes:

I would hike up the infill for the platform to around 30-50% to add some heft, though it may take longer to print. I did print with 4 walls. I only used a 5mm brim for adhesion and enabled supports only for the two parts of the strongback arm. I printed the lever and the grip parts all in one go. It took less than 2 hours with the CHEP extra fast 0.28 profile

Post-Printing =============

I recommend sanding the hex portion of the lever arm with some 220 grit sandpaper for a better fit between the Platform and Strongback Pivot. It does not take much, just creep up on it.

To connect the grip parts, I used a Jimmy Diresta ice pick to widen the openings slightly and some black filament as the pins. Melted the top and bottom slightly with a heated Xacto blade so they don't fall out.

Everything else glued with Starbond Medium CA glue and accelerator.

How I Designed This

Opened brandonjm's original files in Cura 5.1.0, scaled to 150%, reoriented and saved.
