I loved the design but...
I wanted to support a double filter.
I also don't see the point of a grill on the front, the filter does not need protecting.
I wanted to support a simpler base and a different switch
I filled the base with big washers and a lot of hot glue to insulate the wiring to make it nice and heavy.
The switch is this: https://www.amazon.com/SupportTM-Miniature-Toggle-Switch-Dashboard/dp/B01GZS7FJO
The filters are something like these (although they are actually only 9mm thick in my case):

And a 12v power adaptor, at least 500mA (I had one in my collection)
Due to the dearth of options at Bunnings for long screws in my home town, I ended up using 4 x M4 65mm bolts and lock nuts for mounting the fan:
And 1 x 3/16" 75mm bolt and nut for mounting to the base. I had to file down the head of the 75mm bolt for it to fit:
I have added a 1mm spacer to print which goes between the fan and the main body, which allows the fan to spin more freely and does no longer catches. Note the photo, the spacer is yellow because that is the colour I have in my printer at the moment.
Printer Brand:

Yes
Resolution:
.28

20%
Filament: Generic PLA Red
Notes:
I printed this with .28 as I needed it quickly, but it would look nicer printed .20.
Also note that I am not sure the switch is in the right spot, but its where I have it and it does work ok.Supports are only required for the top of the base, everything else prints just fine. In fact its possible the top of the base prints fine without supports, I did not try it.
