This dust boot design focuses the suction into a small area around the cutter. It is made to fit the body of an 80mm spindle and can be made with a screw on brush holder or a magnetically attached brush holder.  It is designed to fit a 4 inch inside diameter suction hose.

The dust boot itself is tightened to the spindle body using two 5x20mm socket head screws which screw into 2 inserts in the dust boot.  Use any type of threaded insert you wish. I used screw in inserts, but glued in ones would be fine.

For the brush I used this: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07PXKK881/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1  which is available from many suppliers.

The magnetic brush holder prints without supports but the screw on one needs support under the small lever used to rotate the holder into position. The dust boots require supports. I suggest painting on the supports only where absolutely required to avoid introducing roughness in the air passage.

In the magnetic version 12 10x2mm magnets are needed - be careful to orient the magnets correctly.  The magnets I used are these: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09QHRBKKK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

I have printed these in PLA and PETG - both work well.
