A remix of bradleyknoblock's 3/4" jig for mounting WS2811 pixels.

This remix has been modified to fit Australian-standard 25mm PVC. I am unsure of other country's standards, but the 25mm refers to the outer diameter of the PVC pipe here, so it might prove useful in other places using metric.

I used the DETA 25mm Medium Duty Rigid Conduit from Bunnings.

I printed with 100% infill, which is probably overkill, but I wanted something pretty solid as I'll be using this jig for years as I expand my Christmas light show. You can probably get away with less infill.

Print settings:

  • Ender 3
  • 0.6mm nozzle
  • 0.3mm layer height
  • 100% infill (this was probably overkill)
  • eSun PLA+
