Orange pi prime case with fan and gpio openings

I needed to mount a fan on my orange pi prime, found this case (https://www.printables.com/model/2248-orange-pi-prime-case) with venting holes, replaced those with a fan mount and gpio to power my fan

The design probably isn't the best in terms of airflow, it does a low whine when working, but it did the job for me.

Added a fan opening and a slot for GPIO pins
