Holder for Festool AN-UNI / EX-UNI

Holder for Festool EX-UNI / AN-UNI drill chuck attachments.

Central, rear mounted screw and internal cavity for M4 nut.

How to:

• Suggest forcing organic supports underneath the “wings”; these supports will remove easily and cleanly (don’t use automatic support painting or the nut cavity will be filled with support material!)
• Insert a print pause to place a standard M4 nut (3,25mm height) during the print. (eliminating the need for support inside the cavity ;-))
• I printed the model using PETG and 0.25mm layer height on a Prusa Mini in about 44 minutes.

Mounting:

• I used a 16mm long M4 screw mounted through a 6mm birch ply backplate on a French Cleat system in my home shop.
• Do not have more than 14mm screw length in the plastic body as it would hinder the insertion of the Festool attachment!
