Would it be possible to create a version with a slot for the camera cable?
Or alternatively could you share a STEP or Fusion360 file so that I can more easily make the mod myself?
Thanks!

@EsotericMaker_257392 Done ... I dont have any cables myself to get dimensions but looking at the board I allowed for a 2mm x 15mm gap for the 3 MPI Connectors. Let me know if you have any issues with the MPI Version.
Just printed this today took around an hour and 33 minutes on the ender 3 neo, no setting adjusted and fits perfect for the raspberry pi 5
Hi Guys, I double checked my design and the Fusion360 Model. The depth of the fan shroud was 3mm in both and seemed to fit my Pi 5 and my Case OK. However I suspect the issue may be down to the fact I used TF8 Thermal Paste and did not use the thermal pads that came with the Active Cooler because the paste is more efficient. The pads are probably thicker so hopefully the 2mm version will work for people who use the default pads. (edited)
Thank you, very nice design. I used the modded version with the shorter shroud and there is no gap above the blower so the original model may have been a bit too deep for me also.
@Ememell_553413 Yes I understand what the issue was.
If you use Thermal Pads the 3mm deep shroud was too tight.
I use thermal paste which is more efficient so thats why it worked for me.
To fix this issue I have uploaded a 2mm model for those people who use thermal pads. Thansk for teh feedback really apreciated (edited)
Thanks for the feedback ... I'll check mine in the morning and make changes to the STL if needed. I was using a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer height with ASA... I didn't notice any problem but I'll double check.
Nice, thanks for this. It fits in the white cover well, however the circle which goes down to the top of the active cooler fan, is a little long, and the white cover does not actually clip all the way down. I have checked the Active cooler is properly seated on the Pi5 etc, but this print circle just seems a little bit long for some reason. Its only by maybe 0.5mm or less I would guess, but its enough to stop the white cover of the Pi5 case fully closing and staying closed.
@P_14550 I would, but I just cut the 0.5mm off with my slicer, I didnt actually modify the file and save it. I will have to recreate it and try and export it to STL, but ill see if I can do that, and then share it.
