This version adds all the improvements in V2 ( https://www.printables.com/model/193985-eggbeater-drill-version-2-fully-printed-no-support )

Assembly instructions, apart from the added fasteners are all the same for this version, and is covered in this video: https://youtu.be/LRMtJGYOVTI

This version also incorporates 3 metal fasteners to strategically reinforce the weak points on the shafts which need to be printed vertically.  The chuck and hand crank shaft use either an M3x 35mm or a #4-40 1-½", either will self tap in just fine (shorter ones say 25mm or so will still add strength, so if that is all you have use them).  The larger main gear shaft uses an M5x30mm or a #10-24 x 1-¼", these are slightly different in size and the holes in the print are threaded, so choose the correct version, it will have the fastener size in the file name.

If you want a fully printed version without the metal fasteners, you can print all the V2 parts except for the chuck, the new collet style chuck is fully backward compatible with the older design.

The new chuck uses tapered threads to create the clamping force on the bit, so take note, the knurled collar will only thread on one way.

The hex chuck parts, and the shafts should be printed with several perimeters and at or near 100% infill for strength, all the other parts can be made with just a few perimeters and 15% infill.

The gears should be printed with 0.2mm layer height. Everything else is fine with 0.3mm

Pictured example was printed in PETG.
