Lerdge IX v3 X-axis idler pulley seat for use 20 tooth pulley 5mm bearing

I removed a frame-insert bracket from the x-axis pulley that would fit fine into aluminium frame of an Lerdge IX v2, but not into the frame of a Lerdge IX v3.

So basically this is the Lerdge IX v3 version of the x-axis pulley from @JohnnyFly_420608
