3M Command Strip Shelf

My little brother wanted a shelf next to the sink in the bathroom, but he didn't want to ask our parents for permission to drill holes in the walls, knowing they would most likely say no.

So I designed this shelf to use the 0.75" x 3.65" 3M Command Strips.

I designed it to utilize the space on my X1C. See photos for ideal printing orientation.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks:

By downloading, printing, installing, or using the 3M Command Strip Shelf (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"), you acknowledge and agree that you fully understand the inherent risks associated with the installation and use of the Product. You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring the Product is correctly and safely printed, assembled, and installed according to the provided instructions and specifications.

Limitation of Weight and Usage:

The Product is designed to be mounted using two 0.75" x 3.65" 3M Command Strips. The maximum recommended weight limit for the Product is approximately 8 pounds (3.63 kilograms). Exceeding this weight limit may result in the failure of the mounting strips, leading to potential damage to the Product, property, and/or personal injury. You agree to adhere to this weight limit and acknowledge that exceeding it is at your own risk.

No Liability for Damages:

You agree that the creators, distributors, or sellers of the Product shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. The use or the inability to use the Product;
2. Unauthorized modification, printing, or use of the Product;
3. The exceeding of the recommended weight limit.

No Warranties:

The Product is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The creators, distributors, or sellers of the Product make no representation or warranty as to its reliability, safety, timeliness, or performance.

Your Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Product is suitable for your intended use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creators, distributors, or sellers of the Product from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product.

Acceptance:

By using the Product, you signify your agreement to this Legal and Liability Waiver. If you do not agree to this waiver, do not download, print, install, or use the Product.
