Rotary Tool Drill Press/Stand Adapter for ~43mm Clamps and Dremel Thread

~43mm clamp adapter for rotary tools with a Dremel style thread.

A new design based on the Drill Press - Rotary Tool Adapter from @AddictiveManu_272921.

I printed with ABS, 4 perimeters and 15% infill with the flange side down.

Redesigned:

• Moved the collet more accessible under the clamp
• Added a flange to make it level itself in the clamp
