Raspberry Pi 5 and Active Cooler Case, with reset button
The objective was to design a sturdy ventilated case that would suit the Pi Active Cooler.
The wall thickness chosen in 2.5mm which allows sufficient depth for a recessed panel for the HDMI and USB sockets.
Also the wall thickness allowed for a small reset button which sits in a small square guide recess.
Printed in PLA 0.10mm to get good definition.
If it is printed in transparent PLA it will be illuminated by the LED behind on the PCB.
(The 2x2 hole in the case could then be omitted)
Case printed in PLA at 0.2mm and without supports on a Prusa Mini+.
4x M2.5x6mm socket head screws which self tap into the pcb standoffs, fix the Pi in position.
I used 4x M2.5 x 2mm washers to eliminate the screws bottoming out.
4x 8x3mm High silicone self adhesive feet stop the case sliding around.
I've included STEP files as well as STL to make it easier to modify if required.
Hope the helps someone.
