This is a bit holder for a Countersink Drill Set. The set did not come with a case. When designing the case, I thought it would be nice to try an make a model that could have a flip up lid and be a single print. This was my first model of this type and it works pretty well. This has been printed with a .4mm and a .6mm nozzle successfully. Once you get past the 5mm height, it should print well. A version of this model without text has also been provided.
Print Setting Recommendations. (Prusa Slicer Tips)
Orient the model as shown in the example images
From Bed Only Support is required (Use Grid with an overhang threshold of 45 deg.) I used a support blocker at two spots where it isn't needed. This is shown in one of the attached images. It isn't a big deal to skip the blocker.
Use 3 perimeters
10% gyroid infill
I hope some one out there finds this useful.
** I changed the No-Text Version to re-orient the lid for easier printing. The angled lid is only needed for the text. It will also reduce the support needed for this version.
