Spike used for humanely killing fish. (IkeJime or Ike Jime)
This design of spike is very common (e.g. on amazon for 10 bucks) but suffers from a lack of safety cover and grip.
The handle uses x5 10mm self-tapping M2 screws for assembly.
Most printers should be able to bridge the handle cavities fine and print without supports, but you can have a bit underneath if needed.
No supports should be needed for the safety cover.
The safety cover is printed so that it flexes a bit when sliding on to tightly grip the spike.
This is the spike I purchased, but there are MANY vendors selling this identical product:

I would also advise putting a slightly sharper tip on the spike, a few passes on a diamond plate or fine sand paper would be enough.
