Leatherman Skeletool Pocket Clip

Needs M3 drilling and tapping, voids your warranty.

I have used this for month now and really like it. It stays well in pocket but it's also easy to lift from edge of the clip.

Bad thing is that you need to drill 2.5mm hole and tap it with M3 tap. Leatherman steel is really hard so it's quite difficult but doable with hand tools.

Use maximum amount of walls so it's filled with walls not infill. I recommend printing with PETG or similar slightly flexible material. When using petg it actually just bends but doesn't snap off when you try to break it.

I added loctite to keep the screw from loosening but loctite immediately destroyed PETG clip. I took this opportunity to improve on the model.

Added V13 which has more plastic around the screw. I printed that in PA-CF with 0.6 nozzle.
