I found the original model when I was looking for something like a pasta machine - I like making a kind of thin crackers & mostly use it for rolling dough but you could customize the rollers & do other things, like the original (I suppose rollers for the original would fit mine as well)…
After a while I decided that I didn't like the crank solution; seemed to me like the point of force was unnecessarily offset from the machine, causing torque on the pin & crank. Also, the crank itself was a little overcomplicated to me, as well as slightly flimsy - so I made the gears a bit thinner & the pins shorter to get the crank action closer, plus I simplified the crank a bit. Finally I made the gear pin bearings separate parts for ease of printing.
NOTE: I prefer to work on oversized models & downsize in the slicer - in this case by a factor of 10.
