Axle adapter for TACX Spider bike repair stand

The Spider bike repair stand holds the bike by one axle, while the bottom bracket rests on the center section. It comes with a set of adapters for different axle sizes, but I am missing the 15x110 and 12x148 sizes for my mountain bikes. 

The press fit is very tight, depending on printer this might need a scale to 99%
