@Rifraf 1 star might be a bit harsh here? There is a note at the top of the summary that says "Note: If you have soldered on headers, I recommend you use this which is remodeled and specifically made to accommodate headers: Press-Fit Raspberry Pi Pico WH Case (fully protects headers)"
Here is the link to the updated version that should fit your needs and have a similar snap fit to this model: https://www.printables.com/model/653851-press-fit-raspberry-pi-pico-wh-case-fully-protects
Slim and a good fit. Technically my Pico is a clone because I wanted a USB-C port so the board was 2mm longer. I just scaled the length 2mm and worked like a charm.
Printed well on MK4 with PLA, default offsets.
I usually solder the on the bottom, not the top, so I had to solder up another Pico W with them on the top. Worked out in the end tho.
@ave_1953698 (oops; just noticed the same user uploaded another design with pins on the bottom https://www.printables.com/model/653851-press-fit-raspberry-pi-pico-wh-case-fully-protects)
@ave_1953698 This design has a few options the other doesn't (e.g. if you don't care about pins) so I didn't want to remove it but I'll add a note to the description to give others a heads up.
