BazBot v4 Magnetic Delta Printer

This latest iteration is designed for 1" extrusions, ½" magnetic spheres for the kinematics, an orbiter 2.0, and a mosquito hotend, BTT SKR 3 EZ, and more.  It has a build volume of roughly 320mm x 400mm.  I use heatsert nuts and 3mm bolts on the effector.

If you are wondering why the 1" extrusions, it's because I first designed/built this model 9 years ago before we had easy access to 2525 or 3030 extrusions.  I've just continued to upgrade everything else.

• 1" Aluminum Extrusions
• Nema 17 motors
• 16 teeth pulleys on a D-shaft supported by 608zz bearings
• 9mm wide Gates GT2/3 belt
• Orbiter v2.0 Extruder
• Mosquito hotend
• 5015 ducted blower part cooling fan with integrated SuperPinda probe holder
• Canbus communication to the toolhead.
• ½" spherical magnet joints with teflon bearing surfaces
