This zero-clearance insert fits the Skilsaw 3315 compound miter saw with 10 inch blade. It supports your work right up to the saw kerf for less tearout on the underside. The sacrificial section in the center of the insert is 2mm thick. I recommend making the sacrificial section solid by either using a modifier to make 100% infill for the middle or increasing the number of bottom and top layers until they add up to 2mm. I printed with 0.2mm layers and 5 bottom and 5 top layers. I think PLA is the best choice of material but be careful it doesn't warp on a hot summer day.
