INFORMATION:
Can hold 4 filament boxes and 3 spools of filament of 1 kg. It includes a tool tray for miscellaneous items and tools. It's — long and — wide, it has a fillet for a better design. It's easy to make more modules to go with it.
SETTINGS:
- should be printed with 10%infill and no supports.
- I printed in PLA, but i reckon another filament won't make a difference.
- It has to be printed in multiple parts in order to fit the build plate of an average-size printer - in my case my Ender 3 s1 pro.
MUST KNOWS BEFORE PRINTING:
- In the files it will say something like “Bottom left box tray”, this refers to where the part goes in relationship to the other parts. “Bottom” refers to the part going the furthest away from the wall the organizer is supposed to lean against. When it says “Top” instead of bottom it refers to when the part is supposed to lean against the wall. When it says “BOX TRAY” it refers to the parts that hold the filament boxes, when it says spool holder it refers to the 2 parts that can hold filament spools, when it says “TOOL TRAY” it refers to the 2 parts that make up the little tool tray. The “LEFT” and “RIGHT” marks in the refers to whether the part sits on the left or right in correlation.
- This will take time and material, so be patient.
- I glued all the parts together into 1 singular model if you want to do the same👇
HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
YOU DON'T HAVE TO GLUE THE PARTS TOGETHER BUT IF YOU WANT TO:
- I used epoxy glue to give a strong bond.
- Prep the surfaces that need to be glued together by sanding the surfaces(I used a very coarse sandpaper to make it quick work)
- Before glueing put some rubbing alcohol on a cloth and wipe down the surfaces that need to be glued.
- Use the instructions on your glue to find out how to use it.
- Place parchment under the models so that the model doesn't stick to the table.
- Apply the glue to the surfaces that need glueing and wait 24 hours for full strength.

Other than that theres nothing else you should know before printing these parts, but i would really appreciate it if you liked, if you have a question, feedback or just a comment leave a comment i will try to answer most of them. Also feel free to remix my design to make it better and even make new modules to go on. Btw I'm not a pro at CAD nor at 3D printing. Have fun :-)
HAPPY 3D PRINTING!
