NEW UPDATE - The assembly issue has now been resolved! You can now use the “Spill_Unbeveled_Fix” file to assemble the spill to the cone and scoop! If you prefer, you can also use the gcode file provided.

Again, apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused. I still hope you will enjoy this model. Happy Printing!

!! IMPORTANT NOTICE/ UPDATE !!

Please use the .gcode file for the “Spill”!

There is an unexpected bevel on the “Spill.stl” file which makes it impossible to assemble the cone and scoop to the spill… I tried to fix this by exporting the body with a negative volume. Unfortunately, PRUSA Slicer shows the following error message when trying to export with negative volume:

In any case, I am working on a fix of the spill part! In the interim, please use the gcode file for now which does not include the bevel and will make the assembly possible.

Apologies for any inconveniences. Please stay tuned.

Introducing "Dripstop Delight", the accidental hero of your doorways!

This ice cream cone, once destined for the ultimate summer treat, took a tumble but found a new purpose. Its sweet mishap, now forever frozen in time, adds a touch of whimsy to your space. As it leans against your door, it serves as a reminder that sometimes life's little mishaps can turn into something charming.

Dripstop Delight ensures your doors stay wide open, blending a dash of nostalgia with a scoop of character.

Printing :

0.2mm layer height works well.

  1. Print the cone in a matte beige tone. (I used Matte Malt Clay from kexcelled (Sorry PRUSA) which really looks and feels like a real cone made from dough!)
  2. Print the scoop and spill in your favorite flavor.

Scale as you wish and print all parts with the flat side down without supports. I modeled chamfers  and angles where needed.

Assembly:

  1. Glue the scoop to the cone.
  2. Once dry (this is important), glue the scoop and cone to the spill.

Hint: Use it as a door stopper or use it to play a prank on your family members :)

Done!

Enjoy.
