It's The Doors Stop. Or the Doorstop. The Doors Door Stop. Or something.
There are two versions, the original is the version designed for multi-colour printers. The redux version is designed for any printer. I found the redux version works better practically.
If you would like to view the 3D model in colour in your browser and with optional AR, the original is available directly at the Shapr3D viewer here, and the redux version is here.
The Bambu 3MFs in the files area were used to produce the models in the above pictures with Extrudr NX-2 matte black and matte grey.
Printing Original Version:
The default model is good for low-hung doors with just under 25mm clearance underneath. Please use the scale function in the slicer if you require a bigger version.
The model will be stronger if you colour the bumps to be the same colour as the main body, this is your choice. Also you may optionally remove the bottom bumps (or even the ones on the incline…) in the slicer, depending on your floor type this may be preferable.
This is made to be printed on its side directly on the print bed with no supports. An 0.4 nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height worked well for me.
Printing Redux Version:
This is sized to be quite large by default to cope with varying gaps under doors, and it is always better to scale something down. The Bambu 3MF has been downsized and oriented correctly on the print bed. It is up to you how you scale this and the other versions provided.
This should ideally be printed upside down on the print bed so the top text comes out nicely, and so the bottom is a bit textured to help with grip on the floor.
It prints directly on the print bed with no supports. An 0.4 nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height worked well for me.
