BIC Lighter Case Armor

A rugged, all-around case for a normal sized BIC lighter. Designed to be used for camping or emergency bags. It has a 2mm shell all the way around to act as "armor" so the lighter won't break while in storage or if it's dropped from normal use.

*NOTE: If left in hot temperatures/direct sunlight for long periods of time, the lighter will naturally heat-up and the lighters case will crack, releasing all the gas. Please store it accordingly.

The cap will prevent the button from being pressed accidently, letting all the gas out of the lighter. Additionally, the cap will also stay on the lighter even when held upside down and shaken. It also has a small, notched cutout around the adjustable gas slider piece.

The cap and base are held together by magnets, it's not a super strong hold, but it's good enough. (If you want to increase the magnetic strength, edit the holes where the magnets sit and make them double the depth to allow for 2 magnets to be stacked one on top of the other - doubling the magnetic strength)

The tolerancing of the magnet holes are exactly to size, so you'll have to press the magnets into place using pliers. It was designed that way to eliminate having to use superglue to hold the magnets in place.

Magnet dimensions: 6mm wide, 2mm deep.

Link to the magnets I used - $5.89/80 magnets: (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09WN7ZFD7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

It's not waterproof (I would need to add a grove for an o-ring) but it tensile strength is strong. Using all my strength, I can't break it (34M).
