Garmin Varia mount w/ Airtag for Specialized saddles

Modified the original to fit a slightly larger Garmin quarter-turn insert bought on Aliexpress. The original fits ~32mm diameter insert while this accepts up to ~34mm. The screw holes for the insert are slightly misaligned, although it did not pose a problem for fitting the M3 screws.
