I own a lot of 18650 batteries for my vaping and always had them lie around in an unorganized way. As I always try to rotate through them, it sometimes got confusing, which batteries to use next and that unorganized mess in general was annoying. Most solutions I've found were just for a couple of batteries, but I have about 16, so I needed something bigger. That's why I went and made this dispenser.
Print settings:
Nozzle: | 0.4 mm |
Layer-Height: | 0.3 mm |
Filament: | PETG |
Infill: | 10% |
Brim: | No |
Supports: | No |
Additional notes:
The parts should fit together with a press fit. In case it does not hold in place, use a little bit of super glue on the holes on the left part and press the right part in.
Batteries sometimes can get stuck, there's not much I can do about it I guess but you can access them through the front slot and the top to push them back into place. Does not happen often though and more on worn out batteries where the isolation is a bit damaged.
It should hold about 20 batteries - I only have 16, so I could not test out how many will fit. :-)
Happy printing and please rate/comment/leave a photo :)
