I needed to secure a Unify UCK-G2-Plus unit in a 10" RACK, this is what I came up with.
Features
It is quite sturdy but I'm not 100% sure about the temps. PLA will sag for sure as this device can get somewhat warm. The front screws are for show but also are there to provide some strength as the part is printed in a weak orientation. Long M3 screws can go there, I'm listing 30mm but you can go longer
Print settings
- No supports
- Use something else than PLA, PETG is fine
- 0.3 mm layer height
- 0.45 mm wall width
- 15% infill
