Remixed Pi 4 case with LED light opening

Very simple remix of https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/24475-remix-of-raspberry-pi-4-case-3030-hanging-mount-fo which includes a small opening (window) to view the LED Status lights when the case is screwed together. As others have mentioned in the original the case is very tight. I recommend scaling to 101% when printing to ease installation of the Pi 4 board. Uses 4 M3x20mm screws to
