Spotify Code Keychain with Custom Code

I tried to make the description and the solution in such a way that it could be done easily, without  special program, and knowledge.

Color printing is easy with Z layer height change.

The pictures and pre-sliced examples are from my 2020, 2019 and Weekly Adventures lists.
The picture shows Hilbert curved, ironed and monotic surfaces.

Description

Generate Spotify Code

1. Open the spotify app and search for a list, album, or track, then click the three dots, or right-click the track, album, etc., then go to a share and copy the Spotify URL.
2. Go to this page: https://www.spotifycodes.com#create and paste the copied url.
3. Important, the Format should be Svg.
4. Click the Get Spotify Code
5. Download

Code model preparation for Tinkercad

1. Login, or registration on the free Tinkercad at www.tinkercad.com
2. Import the svg file.
3. Set the Scale (%) to 12.5
4. You'll see a big cube with the code in it, you don't have to do anything with it, just export it.
5. Export the file in Stl format

Preparing for 3D printing.

1. Open PrusaSlicer of course.=)
2. Select the base model you want, depending on whether you want to make it in two or three colors.
3. Right-click on the model - Add Part - Load and select the tinkercades stl file you downloaded first.
4. Once the file is displayed it will not be the correct size, but this can be easily modified
5. Select the added stlt file from the drop-down on the right side of the main file
6. Then open the small padlock on the part manipulation tab and set the Z Size of the added model to 3mm.
7. Click the apperas small icon on the right (Drop to Bed)
8. Slice it up with the colors and settings you need
9. Happy Printing. =)

Print Settings

• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layerheight: 0.20mm
• For a nicer pattern: Change the Lift Z to 0.1

Comment

• A good pairing can be a textured sheet and a hilbert curve
• This size (60mmx12.5mm) is the minimum size for a 0.4 nozzle. If you want a nicer detailed pattern, increase the size of the object or change the nozzle to 0.25.

Post Process

Scalpel can be used to easily remove any support residue left on it.
