The fit is intended to be a little bit loose (but not TOO loose), to allow the cutting boards to slide in and out easily when you grab them.
The bottom part has drain grooves, so it can double as a dry rack.
The model has multiple 80mm bridges. Before printing do a bridge test and check if your printer can handle that. If in doubt, use supports.
I printed mine in regular PETG at 120 mm/s and 0.4 layer height, using a brim but without supports. As you can see from the pictures it looks a bit rough, but is dimensionally accurate and also plenty strong for its purposes. So do yourself a favor and save some time and filament, no need for ExtraFine profiles here.
