Sliding puzzles usually have 1 tile / block empty, this is an attempt to create a visually complete puzzle.

The uniqueness of the design is that there can be multiple versions of the design - 6 variations just by rearranging the tiles which makes it special.

Two empty slots are needed for the design to be visually complete.

Print Parameters :

Layer Height : 0.2
Walls / Perimeter : 3 (minimum)
Infill : 20%
Filament Change : After 3mm layer height

The body and the tiles have an integrated groove and notch which function very well.
Assembly is easy, make sure the tiles are arranged as shown in the diagram.

12 tiles (4x3) can be arranged just from the top, the remaining four need to be inserted from the side openings. The Orange block acts as a stopper and the flap is flexible enough to press downwards to insert the tile and slide.

Red should match Red | One notch of the tile should always be on the top
Green should match Green | One notch of the tile should always be on the right

These are the possible versions of the puzzle (can be more).

Happy Printing!
