Led Clock - MICRO (24x41mm PCBs)
Smallest version of the LED clock project by @imeszaros.
You can print this version even on a Prusa Mini :).
For more details please check the github fork repository: https://github.com/mariusmym/LedClock-Resized
LEDs used for this version are TCWIN TX1812ZN (or WS2812B-2020 ).
I used TCWIN TX1812ZN LEDs in the original design, because they were cheaper at the time.
WS2812b-2020 have the same pinout, but be sure you place them in the right way (keep in mind that the orientation mark from the silkscreen match the orientation mark for TCWIN which indicates the DIN pin, not the GND pin ). For WS2812B-2020 just be sure to match the GND pin of the PCB with the one of the LED and you'll be fine (I did the test and it works. You can even use them with stencil made for TCWIN TX1812ZN footprint ).
!!! NOTE: Because of the smaller width of the base for this version you HAVE TO use this version of the controller board.
If you want to use the ESP32 D1 Mini version of the controller board you will need to use straight XH connectors instead of right-angled ones for connectors marked with 1, 2, 3 (or solder the wires directly on the PCB).
You can also modify the PCB of controller board if you want :) . Link here : https://oshwlab.com/mariusmym/ledclock_board-esp32-d1-mini. ( I suggest you to avoid change the position of the DC power jack and the position of the mounting holes, otherwise you will have to make changes in the design of the base as well).
Required PCBs can be found here:
Print all the parts facing down. No supports required.
You can find the .f3z file as well, if you want to tweak the model.
The author remixed this model.
Tiny version of this awesome project. Can be printed even on small printers.
