A combined and compact case for a RPI4 + 5-inch touch Display - in my case running OctoPrint/OctoDash. It has a mounting arm to attach it to the original Prusa enclosure using 2 existing holes on the side.
The Display only mounts in the corners - dimensions in one of the attached schematics (111x68mm hole distance) on the display. Some of those displays have RPI4 mounting standoffs integrated, i tried not to use them as those differ a lot between displays i have had.
2x M3 19mm + nuts (attach the mount to the base plate)
4x M5 8mm (bottom to case-frame)
2x M3 13mm + nuts (cylinder head - attaching the mount to the printer enclosure)
(you can use longer screws, they only stick into the enclosure inside)
4x M2.5 8mm (attach display)
2/4x M2 5-8mm (attach fan)
using a standard 24mm RPI fan. You can use tiny torx/steel sheet screws as well if the fan has no metal nut inserts
case-frame and arm i printed in PETG, base plate is PLA.
used a .6mm nozzle and printed all in .3mm settings.
I'll provide the FreeCad Source files as well when i cleaned them up a bit (4.11.23)
