Thrustmaster TH8S Shift Knob Adapter

Added a V2 which provides a much better fit on the shaft than my first version. I've also extended the lip as it tore off on the first version.

I've added another indent inside to better fit the TH8S and a lip at the bottom so that you can tension your knob properly
