You can use original screw from the bottom wheel and locknut, though you'll need to hold it with pliers to screw it in. 

You'll need the original drilling guide to use with this adapter. Do note that bottom right screw ends up drilled with about 1/8 on the free space. It still holds strong, but something to consider. 

Adapter ends up flush with the extrusion. If you find out it is not fitting, you might need to remove a little bit from the top. 

It's still relatively new addition to my printer, so the durability is untested, so use at your own leisure, I'd recommend printing an alternative or a backup in case this one fails and you'll need to print a new bracket/adapter to be able to use the printer at all.
