This laminator is based on Makers Mashup model, but made from scratch see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfSaZ_dAfy4

I use it to laminate stickers, but can be used to laminate signs or so.

The model uses 4 pcs 6203 2RS bearings, and 1pc 625 2Z bearing for the crank, M3 and M5 heat set inserts, with corresponding hardware. Additionally the lower roller is covered with self adhesive foam tape to have some grip.

I just found some scrap tubes at My workplace with 77mm inner diamater, cut to length and the rest is 3D printed.

The holes on the sides of the bracket are for M3 heat set insert, designed to be extendable such as a roll holder.

The hole on the top of the bracket is designd for M5 heat set inserts to have some tensioning screws installed in case You need extra force other than the O-rings. Install self locking M5 nut in the moving part of the bracket (should rotate).

STEP and F360 files included for easy remix.
