Remixed to print without support material and better fit with almost no postprocessing required.

I printed the original from @Robindk but it used a massive 15% support material.

My improvements are:

  • slightly wider male pegs for a snug fit (+0.2mm width total)
  • 45° fillet on the male pegs to print w/o support
  • no curved overhangs on nickel strip cutouts to print straight bridges

i printed mine with a 0.6mm nozzle @0.35mm layer height.  I used Prusament PLA to test the model.

Cost per holder with Prusament PLA 0,09€.

Quick Update: Added *_v2 with minor improvements.
